Stuart Lawson
Chief Executive Officer
A proven leader in the manufacturing sector, Stuart has experience working in senior management for leading blue-chip companies. His previous roles included Director of Manufacturing with responsible for multiple manufacturing sites in the European region. Stuart joined the company in 2021 to guide and drive the strategic future growth of Flexitech, while implementing a digital transformation process in the company.
Paul Carroll
Operations Director
Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, joining Flexitech in 2009 and becoming Director of Operations in 2014. He is responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with individual department managers, scheduling, manufacturing and delivering high quality product to customer specification. Paul has overseen the rapid growth of the company to a market leading position.
Richard McGrath
Tendering Manager
Richard is one of the longest service employees of Flexitech having joined the company in 2001. He has direct experience in all areas of metal fabrication including his previous role as production manager. As Tendering manager Richard is responsible for creating and overseeing the Bid process on behalf of Flexitech, identifying and qualifying opportunities, understanding client’s specific requirements to deliver a compliance bid.
Paula McGrath
Quality Control Coordinator
Paula joined the company in 2015 and is responsible for all aspects of the quality management process. Ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures. Paula performs regular inspections and audit reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.
Claire Callan
Global Head of Quality
Claire brings over 20 years of experience in the switchgear industry, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Known for her hands-on approach, she has led initiatives that have significantly improved processes, reduced non-conformities, and strengthened a culture of quality. Claire champions data-driven decision-making and is committed to delivering high standards across every aspect of the organisation.
Mindas Petrosius
Design Manager
Mindas has been with Flexitech since 2004, bringing deep expertise in sheet metal design, technical drawing, and CNC programming. As Design Manager, he oversees the creation of high-quality design outputs and manages the outsourcing of all materials required for production. Mindas also plays a key role in improving design workflows and implementing new processes that enhance efficiency and maintain Flexitech’s strong production standards.
Tiarnan Mulvenna
Manufacturing Manager
Tiarnan has experienced every section of our production floor and with this experience he now leads us as manufacturing manager. He has the ability to plan, schedule and execute all sectors of our production floor to meet customer dates and needs. He champions lean practices across all operational fronts along with managing KPIs, and in recent times has driven us to record sales over the past 12 months while building healthy relationships with all our customers.
Jonathan Williams
Financial Controller
Jonathan joined Flexitech in 2024 and brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles in practice and more recently in FMCG within both multinational and privately owned companies. His diverse background has equipped him with a strong understanding of all key finance practices, including budgeting, forecasting, costing, cash-flow, KPIs and continuous cost improvements. Jonathan’s expertise allows him to adapt quickly to dynamic work environments, contributing valuable insights to the team at Flexitech.
Rachel Gabriel
Capacity Planner
A capacity planner in the manufacturing industry who ensures efficient production by forecasting demand and analysing resource needs. While managing production schedules and identifying potential bottlenecks. Her duties also include balancing capacity with demand, optimizing workflows, and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet production goals.
