His previous roles included Director of Manufacturing with responsible for multiple manufacturing sites in the European region. Stuart joined the company in 2021 to guide and drive the strategic future growth of Flexitech, while implementing a digital transformation process in the company.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, joining Flexitech in 2009 and becoming Director of Operations in 2014. He is responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations of the company, working closely with individual department managers, scheduling, manufacturing and delivering high quality product to customer specification. Paul has overseen the rapid growth of the company to a market leading position.
Joe is a collaborative leader in Sales and Marketing with a proven history in setting and executing business strategy, managing commercial activities while building long-term customer loyalty. Over 25 years corporate experience in the Electrical-Low Voltage Switchgear Industry working with leading brands including Anord Electric Controls, Thorsman, and Schneider Electric. Significant people management experience leading teams across the multi disciplines of Sales, Marketing and Bid Management.
Donal is a highly practiced and driven financial controller with over 25 years’ experience managing in FMCG, both multinational and privately owned companies. A detailed knowledge of all key finance practices, including budgeting, forecasting, costing, cash-flow, KPIs and continuous cost improvements. Confident, meticulous and persistent with a proven history for delivering results in highly challenging financial environments.
Richard is one of the longest service employees of Flexitech having joined the company in 2001. He has direct experience in all areas of metal fabrication including his previous role as production manager. As Tendering manager Richard is responsible for creating and overseeing the Bid process on behalf of Flexitech, identifying and qualifying opportunities, understanding client’s specific requirements to deliver a compliance bid.
Quality Control Coordinator
Paula joined the company in 2015 and is responsible for all aspects of the quality management process. Ensuring compliance with new and existing quality standards and regulations, implementing quality management actions, and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures. Paula performs regular inspections and audit reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality and safety policies.
Kayliegh joined the company in 2020 and is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of Flexitech financial information, for the preparation of monthly profit and loss and balance sheet statements, closing the ledgers and preparation of month end account reconciliations tax and financial operational activities. Kayliegh is also involved in the preparation creation and monitoring of KPI reports and responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
